Sensory Matching Tiles

To clean wooden parts use a damp cloth and green cleaner. Wipe dry. Use standard bleach solution sparingly. To restore original wood luster, rub with natural beeswax or tung oil.

• Introduce the tiles in your Math & Manipulatives or Toys & Games area by placing them on a table upside down, which will invite children to use them as a matching game.
• Offer them with silk flowers for use as arranging pieces for temporary compositions.
• Use them with Kinetic Sand, beach sand, or on a tray filled with fine sand for making imprints.
• Offer them in a basket or bin for transporting to the Block Play, Loose Parts, Dramatic Play or Story Making centers of your classroom.
