Quotes
Need a quote? Please use this form or email us at quotes@kodokids.com. To help us prepare your quote, please include your product list, billing and shipping addresses, any special shipping instructions, tax exemption details if applicable, and payment information if available.

Orders
Orders can be placed online at any time. You do not need an existing Kodo account to order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and an email confirmation will be sent after your order is placed.

For questions about order status, quote conversions, shipping, or tracking, please email order@kodokids.com.

Purchase Orders
Kodo accepts purchase orders. To process your request, please send us a copy of your purchase order and reference your quote or order number when applicable. You may reply to your order confirmation or email purchase orders to order@kodokids.com.

Sales Tax Exemptions
If your organization is sales tax exempt, please send a copy of your exemption certificate, along with your shipping address and purchasing email address, to info@kodokids.com. We will update your account before your order is placed.

Service Requests
If you are experiencing an issue with a Kodo product, please email service@kodokids.com. Include your name, organization name if applicable, order number, a description of the issue, and any photos that may help us understand what is happening.
