Return Policy
Please inspect all boxes in your order within 7 days of delivery to confirm the order is correct and free from damage. If you receive an item that you did not order, are missing an item that you anticipated would be in your shipment or received an item that was damaged in shipping please retain all packing materials and contact us immediately to address the issue.
We want you to love your Kodo materials! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale and issue a full refund for products in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please take note of our contact information which is easily accessible on the Contact Us page of the website.
Please note that many of our products are not for use outdoors. Leaving the Chalk Spinner, mobile magnet wall, or other indoor wooden products outside will ruin the product and doing so voids any warranty on the product. Please use care and read all product guides provided.
How to Return a Product
To return an item(s), simply contact Customer Service via phone (720-340-2704) or email to info@kodokids.com. Please note, images are required for damaged items. In the event the item is returned for reasons other than product defect, customer is responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs. The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), along with an email message confirming receipt. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
