The Light Laboratory is the most comprehensive light exploration system on the market - specifically designed for young children and the classroom! Three physical knobs allow children to directly control the color and intensity, adjusting the amounts of red, blue, and green light for infinite color combinations. This package includes the Light Panel, the Storage Pod, plus numerous accessories to aid in the exploration of light and shadow.

The Light Laboratory is the most advanced light exploration system designed specifically for early childhood classrooms. Unlike standard light tables, this system features three physical analog knobs that allow children to directly control the intensity of Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) light. By manipulating these dials, young scientists can physically “mix” light to create an infinite spectrum of colors, providing a hands-on foundation for understanding additive color theory, physics, and optics.

The Light Laboratory is a comprehensive system that includes the primary panel, a mobile base, and a suite of curated accessories:

Light Lab Panel: The core color-changing LED surface with three-knob control.

Storage Pod: A sturdy, circular mobile cabinet that holds the panel at the perfect height for children and stores all accessories.

Messy Material Tray: A clear, deep-walled tray for containing sand, liquids, or beads over the light.

Weaving Ring: A circular frame for exploring textiles and patterns.

Marble Board & Marbles: Includes a specialized board and approximately 480 frosted marbles in assorted colors.

Drawing Board: A clear surface for dry-erase markers and artistic exploration.

Screen Protector: A durable film to keep the LED panel scratch-free.

Power Cord: Standard AC adapter for the LED panel.

Messy Material Tray: 25.25" Diameter x 3.25" H

Surface Protection: Always use the included Screen Protector or the Messy Material Tray when using materials that could scratch or stain the panel.

Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that can cloud the acrylic.

Dry Materials Only (on Panel): Unless using the Messy Material Tray, keep the Light Lab Panel dry. Do not submerge the panel or allow liquids to seep into the knob housings or power port.

Storage: Store marbles and small accessories inside the Storage Pod when not in use to prevent loss and tripping hazards.

Adult Supervision Required: This product is intended for use in an educational environment and requires adult supervision at all times.

Choking Hazard: This set contains marbles and small parts.

Electrical Safety: Only use the provided power cord. Ensure the cord is routed away from walkways to prevent tripping.

Weight Limit: While the panel is sturdy, it is not designed to be stood upon. Excessive weight or impact may damage the internal LED components.

Indoor Use Only: Keep away from moisture and extreme temperature fluctuations.
