Computational Thinking

Computational thinking isn't about computers. It's about the foundational logic underneath them — the patterns, sequences, and systems that show up everywhere children play.

This collection brings together materials that build that thinking through hands-on exploration. Some, like Learning Beautiful, make the connection to computer science explicit. Others — pattern tiles, sorting trays, ramps, blocks — teach the same underlying skills through patterning, sorting, sequencing, and iteration. All of them invite children to think like computers think, without needing one in the room.
