Play Ambassador Program

What Your Program Gains

Whether you're exploring Kodo materials for the first time or looking to deepen implementation, an Ambassador brings expertise and energy directly to your team. They don’t just talk about play; they make it visible, meaningful, and accessible.

  • Hands on Guidance

Ambassadors guide educators through real play provocations using actual Kodo materials — not slides, not theory alone.

  • Product Support

Sessions work at any stage — explore before you buy, or strengthen implementation after materials arrive.

  • Practical, Immediate Takeaways

Educators leave each session with ideas they can put into action the very next day in their classrooms.

  • Regional Expertise

Ambassadors are local ECE professionals who understand the standards, contexts, and challenges in your region.

Who are Play Ambassadors? — Real Educators. Real Expertise.

  • Experienced facilitators who already lead dynamic professional development for educators.

  • Early childhood faculty who bring academic depth and practical classroom experience.

  • Independent consultants with strong backgrounds in constructivist and play-based approaches.

  • Passionate practitioners who live play-based learning every day and can inspire peers.

Book a workshop or event

Getting an Ambassador into your program is simple. Here's what to expect.

  1. Submit a booking inquiry — Fill out the booking form with your program details, goals, and preferred dates. A Kodo team member will follow up to confirm availability and match you with the right Ambassador.

  2. Your Ambassador prepares — Your Ambassador will tailor the session to your age group, setting, and educator goals — ensuring the experience feels relevant and immediately actionable.

  3. Play, explore, implement — Educators engage hands-on with Kodo materials, guided by an expert who understands play-based pedagogy. Expect fresh energy and practical ideas to bring back to the classroom.

30-day follow-up — Kodo's sales team checks in with your program 30 days after a workshop to support implementation, answer questions, and keep the momentum going.

Play Ambassadors are not currently available in all 50 states.
