You have two options when placing an order with a PO:Ā
Option 1:Ā Place your order via our website
Option 2:Ā Email us a copy of your PO
When your order ships, your organization will be invoiced on a Net 15 basis. Net 15 means that a bill is due 15 days after it is issued. If you need different terms, please contact our Customer Service department.
You will receive an invoice when your order ships.
If you are using a purchase order, we invoice after items ship, as we do not want to send you a bill for items that have not yet left our warehouse.
If there are several shipments (in instances such as backorders), you will receive several invoices. We place the full shipping on the first invoice. Ā All subsequent invoices will only include the items that were in that shipment. Unless arranged otherwise, invoices are due 15 days from invoice date (net15).

Please note that we don't typically offer discounts/coupons.Ā We wouldn't want to overinflate our prices just to run sales and offer coupon codes continually.Ā We want our prices to be as low as we can make them on a regular basis.Ā Ā We love to keep our customers informed about special offers, as well as Kodo happenings. Kodo Kids is required to collect tax in many states. If your organization is tax exempt please let us know prior to placing your order.Ā
If you shipping to one of these states and you have a Sales Tax exemption from that state, we will need to have your exemption recorded in your account before you place your order on our website.Ā
We are happy to provide you with a quote! You can contact us your desired items, along with the billing and shipping address to Request a Quote.

You can enter a separate billing address from your shipping address with these easy steps.
When you arrive at the checkout page, on the left hand side, you will be asked to fill out your shipping details including name, Company name, address, etc.Ā
To enter a different billing address, scroll down past the delivery and payment method sections. Below payment, you will see the billing address section. Select "use a different billing address" and enter the information.

Charging sales tax in several states
Please note that we are currently only required to collect sales tax for orders going toĀ California,Ā Colorado, Florida, Kansas,Ā Illinois, Michigan,Ā New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia,Ā andĀ Washington.
If youĀ shippingĀ to one of these states and you have a Sales Tax exemption from that state, we will need to have your exemption recorded in your account before you place your order on our website.Ā

Questions and answers regarding Kodo Kids shipping process, time to ship, methods of shipping, etc.
Kodo Kids has established International Distributors in several countries. If you are in one of these countries we strongly recommend reaching out to your local distributor for a quote. Ordering through your local distributor will likely save on shipping, duties, and fees.Ā
If you donā find the product you are looking from from your local distributor, or there isnā one in your area, we would be happy to send you a quote directly.
You can send a list of the items youā like to purchase (including quantities), along with the complete shipping address to Request a Quote. We will send you a quote, including the shipping cost, for you to approve and make payment. Payment for international orders is required before we are able to ship your order.Ā
These orders cannot be placed on our website, as they require a custom shipping quote.Ā
Please Request a Quote and include your billing and shipping addresses, along with the list of items you are interested in purchasing, and we will put together a complete quote.
Once you receive your quote, you will be able to complete the order process.Ā
Many orders will ship withinĀ 2 weeks of your order date. Larger orders, and products made to order may have a longer lead time. Orders are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground. Most of the items in your order will be shipped out together and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, the packages may arrive at different times.Ā
Freight shipments: Some large orders or items will be shipped on a pallet via truck freight. For truck freight orders, you MUST check the pallet for damage upon receipt of the shipment and mark any damage on the driver's delivery slip. We ensure that all truck freight shipments leave our warehouse in good order. Kodo Kids will not be held responsible for any shipping damage that is not marked on the delivery slip upon receipt of the shipment.
Shipping rates are subject to change but are typically 12% of the product price with a minimum charge of $11. Exceptions are our Spectrum and Flight Labs, which incur extra costs due to shipping on a freight pallet. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into Kodo Kids with your email. Next, navigate to ā My Ordersā to view your order history. If your shipment has been dispatched, your tracking number will be listed with the order details. Your tracking number will link directly with the shipping carrier to provide you with updated shipping information. Yes, we do test our products.
At Kodo, safety is a top priority. All products have been tested and are compliant withĀ ASTM F963, which is the CPSC's guidelines for toy testing safety in the USA.
Yes- our products come with a one-year warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. We stand behind the quality of what we make. Above this, we happily assist with part repair for all products.
To return an item(s), simply fill out the Contact Us form and a customer service representative will respond. You can Contact Customer Service at 720-340-2704 or info@kodokids.com.Ā Please note, images are required for damaged items and can be uploaded to the Contact Us form.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason if the item is in new, unused condition. In these cases the customer is responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs.
The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Once your return is received, our warehouse will inspect the item to see if it is eligible for a refund. If so, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), along with an email message confirming receipt. No unauthorized returns will be accepted
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
Keep all packing materials and send photos of the box, the product, and the shipping label. Once we receive those images, weā file the claim on your behalf and send the appropriate replacement. If a return is required, weā provide a prepaid return label. If you receive an item you didnā order, are missing something you expected, or notice any shipping damage, reach out right away so we can resolve it quickly.

Yes, Kodo offers both live virtual sessions and self-paced courses. Live virtual Sessions are just like the in-person sessions, but over video! Self-paced courses on our Kodo Community site come in a variety of topics ranging from one to three hours of course completion.Ā

A half day session is three hours long. A full day session is six hours long. This allows programs to choose one topic for Half Day sessions and two topics for Full Day sessions.
